I had my 13 year old solar/hot water on demand service replaced in no time at all with a new hot water on demand gas heater service. The old hot water system was installed when the home was built new. The technician worked at lightening speed without missing a beat to achieve the end result. The service was professional, courteous and on time. The change over was done as a matter of preventative maintenance as the old water heater was close to failing. Preventative maintenance was the key to saving myself the additional cost of an emergency replacement and being able to schedule the Total Plumbing at the earliest possible date. I called on a Monday morning at 7:30 am and had a new hot water service by Thursday tea time. The cost of the repair was fairly priced and most important, the technician is a third generation of a family business that has been doing plumbing for the last 100 years. I would put my trust in an experienced plumber like Total Plumbing rather than some hack wanna-be who has been watching how to do on Youtube. Every plumbing job will have slight variations and the difference between a good job and a great job is in the potential problem analysis. I clearly saw this with the Total Plumbing technician. So if you want a great job done for a hot water service, I recommend Total Plumbing Solutions.

Cannot recommend Total Plumbing highly enough. I had a pipe burst on Grand Final day (Public holiday) and Shane answered his phone straight away and had his boys at my house within the hour. The total plumbing team are reliable, professional and extremely good at what they do. I have used multiple different plumbing businesses before but nothing compares to these guys! Will and Craig did a great job today plumbing in a gas line to my outdoor barbeque which required installation. They installed the line behind brickwork and the job looks great, so neat. Highly professional, courteous and efficient. Did a complete leak check of all other services using gas on the property and checked the barbeque unit for efficient operation whilst providing directions on how to operate the ignition. Made sure everything was working as it should and completely cleaned up their work space before they left. Punctual, organised and highly skilled as tradespeople. Would highly recommend.
