Yesterday morning we identified that our hot water service was leaking badly. We called Total Plumbing at 7:30am. The call was answered within 2 rings and I was told that a plumber would be out in minutes. Joel arrived and was amazing, fixed the leak in such a short time. The professionalism was incredible. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Brilliant service!

I woke up to the sound of gushing water as my gas hot water unit had packed it in so I contacted Shane at 7.30am to enquire about a replacement (fun fact - they also installed the original unit back in 2011 and it hadn't skipped a beat!) and by 10.30am Joel had finished installing a brand new unit and our hot water was back up and running perfectly. The job was completed promptly, professionally and the site left clean and immaculate - they even arranged for the collection and removal of the old unit. The service from start to finish, was amazing and the advice and information provided was honest and reliable. I highly recommend Shane, Joel and the team at Total Plumbing & Hot Water Systems for all your plumbing needs. Highly recommend using Total Plumbing (TP)! I’ve had great experiences using them over the years, Shane - changing my toilets and gas hot water unit to electric, Joel - changing my taps. Both jobs were completed quickly and efficiently, TP is honest and reliable throughout, and their prices are very reasonable. Everything was done professionally and without any hassle. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy plumbers.

My hot water service stopped working and Shane was fantastic. From the moment I rang him to explain what had happened he offered me a few different options and explained his reasoning. Didn't force me into a choice one way or another.He came out within a couple of hours and made sure my hot water was up and running before the kids got home from school.Highly recommend Shane and will definitely be using him again in the future!

We recently had our gas hot water tank replaced with a continuous flow unit and couldn’t be happier with the service. We recently had to call out a gas fitter to install a new hot water system.The reply to our enquiry by Total Plumbing was prompt, and the plumber Shane was out within hours to do an initial inspection and quote. Once we agreed to the job being completed the water heater was installed within hours .Joel who came out to do the installation was professional, and skilled at his job, respectful of our property as he moved heavy items around the yard and took all the rubbish and old unit away. We were very satisfied with the service and quality of work. Joel was polite and explained operating instructions.I would highly recommend this company.

Shane and Joel came out Friday to repair a cracked drain, professional and their work is second to none. Whilst repairing the drain they found another issue further down. Today they both came back to repair that issue as well. I’ve used Shane and his team on a number of occasions and I can honestly say they are the best tradies we have dealt with. Don’t waste time going anywhere else, these guys are the best.

Joel was extremely knowledgeable and happily answered all of my questions (there were a lot). I had my hot water system replaced from an old solar gas tank to a continuous flow system and I'm so happy with the new one. It is much more energy efficient, higher water pressure, saving on my water bill and it's not an eye sore like the old unit was! Thank you for fitting me in so quickly. Shane and Joel have been absolutely outstanding throughout our bathroom renovations. Their workmanship is of an exceptionally high standard, and their attention to detail truly shows. I’ve dealt with these guys for over a decade. Reliable, professional and honest every time. Great with communication. It’s a family business (very pleasant people) spanning 4 generations. I needed to get the storm water connected as part of the compliance for the building permit for a new garage I’ve had built. I have used Shane numerous times before for various plumbing needs and he always delivers a fantastic job at very reasonable rates. Robbie did an amazing job changing my old hot water system to the new Rinnai infinity 26. The price was also competitive and reasonable as well, and a lot cheaper than other places. He also removed my old massive solar hot water system as well and made sure the area was tidy before he left. Never had really hot water before but now the hot water is instant. I was impressed at how quickly the hot water came even when switching from cold and hot. Should have done this earlier. Overall I highly recommend Total plumbing and hot water systems and Robbie.

Highly recommend calling these guys for all things plumbing! We had them come out to help with a blocked shower. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves, cost effective and went above & beyond to help find the issue and provide all the info we needed to have it repaired. Called at 8:30am after not having hot water for a few days. Lisa was very helpful in providing us with solutions and advice before we had even made a decision. I called around to get multiple quotes but in the end came back to Total Plumbing & Hot Water Systems as they quoted very reasonably and were able to come out same day. Shane came out on time as advised and was very professional and got our hot water working and removed the old system for us as well. No hidden fees or unexpected costs, paid exactly what I was quoted for. I will be calling Total Plumbing & Hot Water Systems for all future plumbing needs.

Excellent Work and Amazing Customer Service - A huge thank you to Shane and his team. We had a problem with blocked drains. I called Shane and he was at my house within a couple of hours. He was able to clear the blockage straight away. His underground camera showed the blockage was due to tree roots in the pipes. After giving me a very reasonably priced quote he returned and repaired and relined my pipes so it would not be an issue in the future. I found Shane and his team to be very professional, trustworthy, efficient, punctual and friendly. I would highly recommend Total Plumbing and Hot Water Systems to anyone. I had my 13 year old solar/hot water on demand service replaced in no time at all with a new hot water on demand gas heater service. The old hot water system was installed when the home was built new. The technician worked at lightening speed without missing a beat to achieve the end result. The service was professional, courteous and on time. The change over was done as a matter of preventative maintenance as the old water heater was close to failing. Preventative maintenance was the key to saving myself the additional cost of an emergency replacement and being able to schedule the Total Plumbing at the earliest possible date. I called on a Monday morning at 7:30 am and had a new hot water service by Thursday tea time. The cost of the repair was fairly priced and most important, the technician is a third generation of a family business that has been doing plumbing for the last 100 years. I would put my trust in an experienced plumber like Total Plumbing rather than some hack wanna-be who has been watching how to do on Youtube. Every plumbing job will have slight variations and the difference between a good job and a great job is in the potential problem analysis. I clearly saw this with the Total Plumbing technician. So if you want a great job done for a hot water service, I recommend Total Plumbing Solutions.
